Fırat Ceven ( Founder )
I am FIRAT, the founder of TAF Travel and a licensed mountain guide. My life has always been filled with mountains; in fact, my passion for them was born on Mount Ararat itself. From a young age, I grew up at the foot of this majestic peak, nurturing my love for mountaineering, which over time evolved into an adventure that has taken me to summits around the world.
For me, every climb is not just a goal but a journey of discovery. Your safety is my top priority, as years of experience have taught me the skills needed to guide climbers safely through even the most challenging terrain. I also deeply value teamwork and helping others; I approach my groups with openness, humor, and a motivating spirit.
Mountaineering is not only a physical challenge for me but also a cultural and social experience. Like other members of our team, I love dancing and take great joy in teaching Kurdish dances to our groups. This turns our climbs into more than just a sporting activity—it becomes an unforgettable experience.

Ahmet Ceven
Licensed mountain guide & our Father. Today he uses his extensive knowledge and experience to plan and organize tours. He is the contact person on site and is responsible for everything in the area of organization and administration. He leads our company with a steady hand and with foresight and is the calm in our team.
His motto: "Experience is the beginning of all art and all knowledge."
Rohat Ceven
Licensed mountain guide. With a lot of passion and determination, he leads our groups to the majestic peaks of our region. You can rely on him 100% and he can also look back on many years of experience in guiding the tours that we offer in our annual program: from Kaçkar to Süphan to Ararat. He is also an experienced and safe driver in our team and is therefore often responsible for transfers and short trips in the region (e.g. fish lake, hot springs, Ishak Pascha palace etc.).

Azat Ceven ( BARAN )
Licensed mountain guide. In conversations, he amazes with his modesty and wisdom. Whether as a mountain guide of a group, whether to support the team with luggage transport on the mountain with the horses or whether to support in the kitchen tent - Azat lives up to its name, which by the way means "freedom" in Kurdish. With his attention he sees where something is missing or when someone needs something.
