Full itinerary · Mount Damavand & Tehran 7-Day Tour

Day 1
Arrival in Tehran
Arrive at Imam Khomeini International Airport, transfer to the hotel, check in, and rest. Accommodation: Razzaz Boutique Hotel.
Day 2
Drive to Jochar Camp
Travel via the Haraz Road to Nandal village, then continue to the portable Jochar Base Camp at about 2,800 metres. Accommodation: Jochar Camp. Meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Day 3
Ascent to the advanced camp
Drive to the trailhead by pickup and trek for approximately 5–6 hours to the Damavand Advanced Camp at about 4,350 metres. Mules carry the main luggage. Accommodation: advanced camp. Meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Day 4
Summit day
Ascend Mount Damavand at a steady group pace, visit the crater and sulphur fumaroles at the summit, then return to the advanced camp. Hiking time: about 12 hours round trip. Meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Day 5
Descent and return to Tehran
Descend to the route start, collect the luggage, transfer to Nandal, and continue to Tehran. Accommodation: Razzaz Boutique Hotel. Meals: breakfast and lunch.
Day 6
Tehran city tour
Visit the National Museum, Golestan Palace, the National Jewelry Museum when open, and the Grand Bazaar. Accommodation: Razzaz Boutique Hotel. Meals: breakfast and lunch.
Day 7
Departure
Transfer to Imam Khomeini International Airport for your return flight. Meal: breakfast.
